Wonderful atmosphere, location very handy since it’s just a few steps from all great architecture made by Caratrava , ciudad des arts. And we walked through parts of Turia gardens and to centro. Magnificent views from the cocktail bar on the 9th top floor . The best breakfast buffet we’ve had ever. Really recommend weather it’s a family , romantic for couple . It’s great for both . We will come again

Very good location, nearby bike share, bus stop, Turia park, museums. Still walkable to the city center. The room with views had a truly gorgeous view. Rooftop bar was very good, a bit sad the weather was not that good, but still ok. It's a bit pricey, but ok for the location/views. Room was good, it was cleaned every day. Staff was very nice. Breakfast has a vast selection of food and beverages, always nice staff, cute robot. Tasty overall. It's good to arrive by 9:30, before the rush hour.

This hotel is located about 2km from downtown Valencia. We were allocated a room on the 6th floor with a superb view of the Arts and Sciences Complex, an easy walk away. The No.19 bus stops right at the front door so you can get into the city centre in 15 minutes for €1.50. We parked the car under the hotel. Quite expensive but very convenient. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner but breakfast was excellent. Btw, I’m from Australia, not Hongkong. The morons at Booking.com can’t seem to correct the error in their system

Blackout curtains, comfortable bed and pillows, very good breakfast. Reception stuff is very nice, baggage storage is well organised.

We had a lovely stay here, the room was a great size with huge bed and a sofa. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. There were great gluten free options - rolls and pastries in packaging plus omelettes and fruit that is naturally gluten free. There was also every type of milk you could want and lactose free yoghurts. Location is good, a few mins walk from city of arts and sciences and the park and easy bus to city centre. We liked the rooftop area but the pool was a bit silly very small.

We had a short tour of Spain which included visits to Madrid, Seville, Valencia and Barcelona. This was our favourite hotel. Staff were excellent and helped us identify where we could get some electric scooters. The roof top pool and bar was a hit with our kids. Breakfast was very good. You are walking distance to the Science and Arts area. The centre of Valencia is a short Uber away. We are already looking to go back to Valencia and would stay here again.

Vey good hotel and an excellent location - just near to the new-futuristic Les Arts, Hemisferic and Aqua park Valencia. Perfect bus line 19 just in front of the hotel. We used it to go to center of the city, but also to the beach. Amazing view from the top of the hotel, with a pool. Everything was perfect: the room, the staff, the breakfast. The cleaning ladies were so quick than we always found the room cleaned while we took the breakfast :). Towels changed every day, as well as the room-service. The breakfast was reach, very good, for everybody: eggs (omelette prepared on site, scrambled), vegetables, fruits, sweets,... and so on, and so on, for everybody.

The hotel is relatively new so there was water in reception. Reception staff spoke English and taxi's were usually outside the property ready to go. Room was a good size. Bed in particular was good. Electric shutters was good. Double sink and toilet had all the amenities you normally get. Lighting was good. Breakfast was good but for 15 euros I would have just liked this to be included as standard for booking the room.

Great location for the Arts and Science park. Bus stop right outside the door to take you to the old city. Every 15 mins and €1.50. Great breakfast, spacious room with a huge super-king bed. Very clean. Modern decor. The rooftop cocktail bar has superb views across to the Arts and Science park. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking was just €18 per night's stay. The booking info says it's a 24hr rate but in fact it's longer. We arrived at noon but didn't depart the next day until 4pm and were not charged for running into a 2nd 24hr period. The hotel told us we would be ok until 8pm the next day.
